When we made a mistake in the data, we had to drop the entire ElasticSearch index and rebuild it, which took easily 2 days. It was clear to me that it could easily take a year before users get used to using Serpo and learn to get interesting information from it. I tried to push the marketing harder, but the product kept rubbing off.
